Advancing Careers Through AI (ACT AI)
Between 28 April and 3 May 2026, the Erasmus+ project ACT AI – Advancing Careers Through AI organized its international training event in Sofia, Bulgaria. The activity brought together participants and trainers from Bulgaria, Czechia, and Poland for an intensive learning experience focused on digital skills, artificial intelligence, and career development.
The training aimed to support adults facing socio-economic challenges, migrants, and individuals seeking career transition opportunities by providing practical knowledge on AI tools and their application in the modern labour market. Participants engaged in interactive workshops, practical exercises, group discussions, and hands-on activities designed to improve employability and digital confidence.
Experts from all partner organizations contributed to the program by sharing innovative approaches, digital tools, and best practices in AI-supported career guidance and adult education.
